Form Festival is a visual design festival that takes place in different locations every other year. This 2026 year addition welcomes everyone to Ghent.
Form Festival is not a still Festival. It transforms, moves and changes rapidly with the pace of design world. Since movement is one of the main core of the festival, design takes the inspiration from the skeleton of the movements of the cities: Transportation. Subways, trams, ferries, busses and metros are the most visited third place in anywhere in the world. Design of the plans of transportation are so inspiring, in a way they are mastered to explain how to connect two points and create a complex yet very clear, understandable designs. This branding is all about rigid forms (0°, 30°, 60°, 90°), primary colors and helvetica.
